Have your say on the Family Violence Information Sharing Scheme

Practitioners are being asked to have their say and provide much-needed data about current attitudes and information sharing practices.

As part of its commitment to ensuring the information sharing scheme is benefitting the safety of victim survivors, Family Safety Victoria has engaged Monash University to complete a two-year independent review of the scheme.

The university’s Gender and Family Violence team of researchers have developed a 20-minute survey for those working within Child Protection, Child FIRST, specialist women’s family violence service, specialist men’s family violence services, Magistrates’ Court, Children’s Court and refuges.

There will be other opportunities to have input into the review, including interviews and focus groups.
