On 28 February  Unison Housing Research Lab  will launch its latest research report which provides insights into the occupancy patterns of around 1,000 community housing tenants to try to answer ‘Who stays and who leaves community housing, and why?’

This is a not-to-be-missed event for tenancy support workers, housing workers, mental health workers and people who work with Indigenous households, young people and tenants with histories of chronic homelessness.

To help people thrive in social housing, and reduce turnover, we must understand why some people choose to leave and how we can better support people to stay.
